among the trees on the edge of the village of Dervaig on the Island of
Mull.
The Cottage is an
eight year old detached property built by the owner in
keeping with the traditional buildings within the conservation village of Dervaig.
The property sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A good
quality comfortable extra bed may be added to either bedroom. All bedding and
towels are provided and beds are made up for your arrival.
The bathroom has a full size bath and electric shower. A
separate laundry
cupboard houses a washer/dryer. There is a large open plan dining, kitchen and
sitting room with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The kitchen is well
equipped with double oven cooker, ceramic hob, microwave dishwasher and fridge.
There is a breakfast bar and large dining table. The lounge area has two comfy
sofas, television, DVD player and music centre. There are well stocked book
shelves as well as CDs, board games and puzzles for rainy days.
Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a drying
area, undercover storage for your bicycles and a timber deck with barbeque, table
and chairs.
