Terms and Conditions
1. A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to
confirm the booking. 2. The full balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking within four weeks prior to booking start date, we will refund your balance only if we are able to re-let the property. 3. All damages and breakages must be reported to the owner and paid for. 4. Electricity must be worked out by reading the meters in the porch just prior to your departure. Please then enter reading on form provided and leave the correct amount either in cash or cheque made payable to Lucie Howard. 5. Rock Cottage is a non smoking property. 6. No pets allowed. 7. You may arrive any time after 4pm and please vacate the property by 10.30am on the date of departure. 8. Linen and towels are provided, however, please bring your own towels for the beach.
9. The use of cooking appliances other than
those provided is prohibited within Rock Cottage. If you have any specific
